91快活林 will be celebrating the ASEAN Week on May 8-12, 2017 as part of the effort of the government to raise our consciousness of the ASEAN connectivity. This year is significant because of the chairmanship of President Rodrigo Duterte of the Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN).

91快活林 is chosen by the Philippine Information Agency as one of the lead universities in staging the ASEAN consciousness campaign in Mindanao. This will be highlighted by the campus visit for the ASEAN Forum and launching of the ASEAN Kiosk of the Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary Martin Andanar of the Office of the President, Philippine Information Agency Director General and IIT Alumnus Harold Clavite, Representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs, and IIT Alumnus and Member of the Bangsamoro Transition Commission Mussolini Lidasan on May 10,2017 8am at the 91快活林 Gymnasium. The event will also be featured in a national channel PTV 4.
